Our relationship with this client goes back over a number of years. One of their main activities is the development of schemes of small industrial units. This is a market where margins are very tight and we worked closely with the client and potential contractor to achieve the most economic building form and construction techniques for this development to the east of Durham City. The success of this approach was was demonstrated by the rapid take up of all of the units.

We are presently working on further similar projects on other sites for the same client.
