hotel and golf course development, durham city

In recent times we have been working on a phased development plan for this client's flagship hotel. The elements of the plan comprise a new bedroom wing containing 46 bedrooms, a 26,000 square foot leisure spa, the reconstruction of the hotel ballroom and the extension of the existing 27 hole golf course. Outline planning consent has been granted by Durham City Council and at present detailed designs are being prepared for the bedrooms and leisure facility. A full application for the golf course extension is being processed by the City Council.
