After failing to agree the purchase of another house which we had designed, the clients for this development contacted us to extend and remodel their existing house in a similar style to the first house. We worked with the clients to design a modern house with a traditional feel which was substantially larger than their original home, this involved protracted negotiations with the local planning authority which were eventually successful. The project was a 'self-build' and we worked with the client's tradesmen and interior designer to achieve a very satisfying result.
